Our Studio provides applied graphic design services, specifically for commercial windows and showroom storefronts. Services include, but are not limited to:
All services are performed using techniques such as cutter-plotter cutting and are intended exclusively for commercial and branding purposes.
Client's Obligations: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. The Client guarantees that they own the rights or have the permissions for any logo, text, or image provided for the design.
Studio's Obligations: We commit to performing the ordered services professionally and according to the approved specifications. We will provide technical consultation regarding materials and feasibility.
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the films or graphics will withstand any environmental conditions or wear beyond the standard technical specifications of the materials. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure adequate and prepared surfaces for application. We do not guarantee results on damaged, dirty, or unsuitable surfaces.
Payment terms will be established in the proforma or invoice. Late payments may lead to work suspension. Cancellation of a project after production has started may be subject to fees to cover material and labor costs incurred up to that point.
All intellectual property rights to our materials, templates, and processes remain our property. Rights to the final design created for the client are transferred to the client upon full payment of the service, except for our right to use the project in our portfolio.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any client who violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
